Girls REACH participants will develop and/or reinforce the life skills and knowledge required to make well-informed decisions, live healthy and productive lives, and prepare for successful adult lives.Adolescent girls face many challenges at school, home and in their communities..

Girls who are empowered to seek and use the information and resources they need and to take control of their emotional, physical and social lives are more likely to succeed and thrive.

Girls REACH will provide a girl-centered, culturally-relevant place that is safe for girls to share, learn, grow and improve their ability to successfully navigate the world.

Girls REACH participants will focus on financial literacy, career development, personal health, basic living skills, leadership development and community service.

Girls REACH project will offer two 4-month sessions during the program year. The project will serve girls in Cumberland County, specifically, Spring Lake, Fayetteville and surrounding communities.
